There are countless potential benefits to the incorporation of Vita-Stim™ Life Enhancement into your diet. Some of these possible benefits, both in the literature about the ingredients, and as reported by consumers of these ingredients, are listed below: |
Many companies, both in the traditional and alternative medicine fields, are looking for ways to provide a product that creates the natural release of stem cells from a person's own body. As shown above, with the many potential benefits of Vita-Stim™, the ultilization of stem cells is rapidly becoming a better accepted weapon against many ailments. Adult stem cells have the ability to become any other cell in the body, and Vita-Stim™ Life Enhancement helps to release more of these important cells to areas of the body in which they are needed. The ability to treat people with their own stem cells has far greater advantages than performing a stem cell transplant, with donor cells from human embryos. Emergent's Vita-Stim™ is well positioned to become a leading product within this industry, and is currently being marketed and sold to physicians across the country.

Emergent Health Corp. is now aggressively marketing its Hungarest™ product. Hungarest™ is an advanced diet aid that is totally unique in the way it works. It is carefully designed and uses all natural ingredients to control appetite in both the brain and stomach. Hungarest™ Diet Aid contains a natural precurser to serotonin that enables it to penetrate the blood brain barrier to produce appetite control in the brain. In addition, this mechanism also produces a calming effect that further aids in stopping compulsive eating. When you couple the appetite control in the brain, along with a calming effect to the appetite control that occurs with the cholecystokinin mechansm in the stomach, one obtains an appetite control agent more powerful than anything else on the market. There is evidence that the effects of using Hungarest™ appear to reset the natural appetite even after it is discontinued and the goal weight is attained. There are currently several prescription weight loss drugs on the market, but these products can cause unpleasant side effects and become very addictive.
Nearly two-thirds of the people in the United States are either overweight or obese, putting them at risk for heart disease, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. The market for weight-loss treatments, including diet programs and herbal products, amounts to nearly $33 billion a year (Business Week 1/10/08). People dealing with these issues are spending billions of dollars on prescriptions for high cholesterol, blood pressure drugs, and drugs that treat Type 2 diabetes. Emergent Health Corp. offers these same people an alternative route to weight loss, with an all natural product that may help them achieve a healthier body.

The chart below shows the tremendous growth potential that Emergent Health Corp. has from just its two current lead products – Hungarest™ and Vita-Stim™ Life Enhancement. These figures are well within reach based on these three particular factors:

The company is preparing for the commercial launch of these two products and is building a distribution network that will reach drug stores, health food stores, mass merchandisers and other channels. Emergent Health is in the process of building its distribution capacities, and the company expects to have a nationwide distribution network in place by the end of 2008. The company also plans to brand its products, which should help create brand awareness and customer loyalty to support strong pricing.
Emergent Health Corp. recognizes that it is a small player in the biotech industry and that to be successful it must operate on a larger scale. The company plans to pursue acquisitions to achieve greater scale and complement its organic growth. It intends to either acquire an entire company or divisions of a company that management believes are synergistic with Emergent’s existing line of business, or provide access to various new technologies or markets.

It is critical for Emergent Health Corp. to build a strong product pipeline that can drive future revenues and earnings. Emergent has several exciting new products currently in research and development. They continue to develop highly sought after safe and natural remedies to medical issues affecting a large segment of U.S. consumers. All products are all natural, and utilize known body mechanisms without the use of prescription drugs, which have been linked to causing unpleasant side effects.
To give you an example of how hot this sector is becoming, take a look at what GlaxoSmithKline recently paid for a pharmaceutical company with patent pending products. As we are writing this report, GlaxoSmithKline successfully completed their tender offer for shares of Sirtris Pharmaceuticals on June 2nd. This was a deal that was completed for $720 million just two years after Sirtris went public. Here is what GlaxoSmithKline had to say about their acquisition of Sirtris Pharmaceuticals: “It's an area of science that's fascinating. Like a lot of areas of science, it's got its controversies, and like many bio-techs in this stage, with a good pathway, this hasn't been proven yet. It has to be proven with a medicine. We're forever investing in high-risk things. That's what we do in the pharmaceutical industry. We're pretty clear that we see a big opportunity here,” (Forbes April 24th, 2008). This was just one example to give you an idea of how hot this sector is becoming, and how the possibilities for Emergent Health Corp. are seemingly endless.
Last week Emergent received an encouraging letter from their patent attorney. The letter notified Emergent that the pending patent which would license the sale of their version of Painless Botox, as well as topicals for Erectile Dysfunction, Peyronie's Disease and Varicose Veins, are "in a condition for allowance" with the filing of an amendment that was sent to the US Patent Office on May 28, 2008. The company knows how to execute its business plan cost effectively, and sales for the first quarter exceeded the total sales for the initial six months of beta testing. With exposure of Emergent's products constantly increasing, and with sales continuing to rise, the future certainly looks bright for Emergent Health Corp. (OTC: EMGN).

With only 3,600,000 shares in the current float, EMGN is a very thinly traded company. A surge of volume could easily send Emergent above $1.00, but we are placing our recommendation at a very conservative Strong Buy rating up to $0.25. Taking into account the projections based on sales, patent filings, new products introduced to the market, and future awareness of Emergent Health Corp., we would not be surprised to see EMGN trading in dollars within the next few years.
